Live Chaeto For Sale - Macro Algae
This listing is for extremely healthy, Chaeto (CHAETOMORPHA ) algae for your reef tank (saltwater only). This is an absolute must when it comes to running a sump or refugium and will assist with absorption of excess phosphate/nitrate levels. Not only can it be useful for reduction of excess nutrients but is a great home for any copepods or amphipods that live in the sump/refugium. With the correct grow light and nutrients, chaeto should have consistent growth (times will vary).

Item came in with out issues. Green, sponge feeling grass stuff. Looked good Bought it to make refugium tank or alike. Currently sitting in breeder tank. Want it for nitrate control. Size was as expected. Hopefully I can keep it alive long enough to get it into something bigger and more properly set up ^_^.
Bought a cup of this chaeto about 10 days ago and it’s already filled up my entire Refugium! No pests and dark green when arrived. My nutrients are steadily dropping to safe range. I have this chaeto under 1000 par at full spectrum for 12 hours per day. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves lol
Healthy growing Chaeto. Alot more resistant to micro algae growing on it than another species of Chaeto I have grown in the past. Clean as described.
