Free Shipping Policy
​​* Free Shipping over $57 only available for Non Coral orders and for US customers only. Most orders are ship FedEx 2Day or USPS based on current weather conditions and items ordered.. Certain customers in remote areas, that require special shipping, or that request delivery in areas with poor service/logistics, may be requested to pay an additional carrier-required surcharge.
Shipping/Live Arrival Policy
We ship in insulated bags with cold/heat packs to ensure live arrival.
We ship Monday - Wednesday ONLY - For any orders placed after Wednesday, you may receive notification of shipment, but that is just the generation of the shipping label. Shipping will proceed on that following Monday unless it's a holiday ***

*If weather is a factor in shipping, cold/heat/hurricane, we will ship on the next available Monday - Wednesday window to ensure live arrival.

Label content will vary and change, please look for the checkbox on left of the label for actual contents of bottle. Care instructions for the item will be on the right side. Please refer to listing images, for example of bottle label and use.

DOA Policy
Live items cannot be returned as they are sensitive to shipping, so all sales are final.

If you believe your product is Dead on Arrival (DOA), please reach out to us within 1 hour of Carrier recorded delivery time so that we can assist with any issues. Provide pictures (using LED flashlight, not a cell phone) of the product as well as the packaging so we can make a claim if needed or determine DOA for credit/replacement. Please wait for bottles to reach room temp with cap off and re-check.
* It is expected some will die in transit but, should be less than or equal to 10%.

Florida Reef Labs will review any claim and upon approval, we will credit customer's account for future purchases.
