• Our plants are grown in SG 1.020-1.024 so easy acclimation to your saltwater tank
• Only prune once plant becomes forked with multiple branches but be careful as the leaves are key, they are your nutrient exporter.
• The temperature of this tropical plant should not drop below 40 degrees.
• Lighting can be any 40w grow light 14"-18" away with a common daylight UV spectrum 8+hrs/day.
• If plants begin dropping leaves, they may not be getting rinsed often enough as Mangroves dispose of salt through their leaves or they are lacking nutrients (you may need to dose if nutrients drop too low).

Live items cannot be returned as they are sensitive to shipping, so all sales are final.

 

Buyer agrees to check and report issues with any live item purchased within 1 hour of delivery (based on carrier delivery time).

*** Chaeto Algae is extremely resilient during shipping but if you feel it is (DOA), please contact us and provide a photo AND video of the shipment, along with original packaging (bottle or shipping container) WITHIN 1 HOUR of carrier recorded delivery time.

We ship Monday - Wednesday ONLY - For any orders placed after Wednesday, you may receive notification of shipment, but that is just the generation of the shipping label. Shipping will proceed on that following Monday unless it's a holiday ***
